Pilot Program Terms

Purpose and eligibility

The QuoteMend pilot is a limited evaluation program for selected quote-based businesses. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participants must be authorized to act for their business and provide accurate application information.

Pilot period and cost

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the pilot lasts 30 days beginning on the date your QuoteMend pilot account is activated. The pilot is free and no credit card is required.

The pilot does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Before the pilot ends, we may offer an optional paid plan with its price and terms clearly disclosed. You will be charged only if you affirmatively choose that plan and provide a payment method.

Pilot access and changes

Pilot access is limited, revocable and intended only for the participating business. Because QuoteMend is being evaluated, its features may change, experience interruptions or be removed. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk or violation of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Protect account credentials and restrict access to authorized users.
• Enter only information you have the right and lawful authority to use.
• Review every draft for accuracy, appropriateness and compliance before sending it.
• Obtain and honor any consent, opt-out or other permission required for customer emails, calls or text messages.
• Do not use QuoteMend for spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, deception or sensitive information that is unnecessary for quote follow-up.

QuoteMend does not automatically send customer messages during the pilot. The participating business controls and is responsible for communications it approves or sends.

Business and customer data

You retain your rights in information you submit. You allow us to host, process and display that information as needed to operate, secure and improve the pilot. Do not submit highly sensitive information such as payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or medical information.

Feedback

You may provide suggestions voluntarily. You permit QuoteMend to use that feedback to develop and improve the service without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify your business without permission.

No guarantee

The pilot is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. QuoteMend does not guarantee that follow-ups will produce replies, booked work or recovered revenue. To the extent permitted by law, QuoteMend is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from pilot use.

Leaving the pilot

Either side may end pilot participation at any time. To withdraw or request deletion of pilot information, email hello@quotemend.com. Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and business records.

Contact and complete agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing the free pilot unless we agree to additional terms in writing. Questions may be sent to hello@quotemend.com.
