Overview

QuoteMend provides quote follow-up and revenue-recovery tools for businesses. This policy explains the information we collect through quotemend.com and during the QuoteMend pilot, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Application information, including your name, business name, business email, phone number, industry, estimate volume and the information you choose to provide about your current process.
• Pilot account information and business data that you enter into QuoteMend, such as customer, estimate and follow-up information.
• Limited website analytics, including a protected one-way visitor key derived from the network address, page viewed, broad device category, referral source, pilot-button clicks and application completion.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and product feedback.

Our QuoteMend analytics do not store visitors’ names, email addresses or raw IP addresses. The protected visitor key is used only to avoid counting repeat visits as different people. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use information

• Evaluate and respond to pilot applications.
• Provide, support, secure and improve QuoteMend.
• Onboard pilot businesses and communicate about their accounts.
• Understand website performance and pilot interest.
• Prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

How information is shared

We may share information with infrastructure, hosting and other service providers that help us operate QuoteMend, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share pilot application information for third-party advertising.

Data retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to evaluate applications, provide the pilot, improve QuoteMend, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from the pilot, by emailing hello@quotemend.com. Certain information may be retained when legally required or needed for legitimate business records.

Children

QuoteMend is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
